You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone
Slow down.
Set down what you've been carrying.
Be yourself.
No pressure. No judgement. Just a place to begin.
What brings you here?
Whatever brings you here, you don't have to have it all figured out. Therapy can meet you where you are and provide a space to better understand yourself, find support, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Maybe your mind won't slow down. Maybe you've been carrying more than anyone realizes, or everything feels like too much. Whether anxiety has been with you for years or has recently shown up, therapy can be a place to better understand what's happening beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, and learn practical tools to navigate life's ups and downs with greater confidence.
-
Big emotions are a part of being human, and they don't have to take over. Whether you're feeling anxious, angry, sad, frustrated, or everything all at once, therapy can help you understand why your emotions are there, learn to work with them rather than against them, and build the skills to navigate life's ups and downs with greater balance.
-
Relationships can be rewarding, but they can also be complicated. Maybe you're navigating conflict with family, putting everyone else's needs before your own, struggling to say what you need, or wishing communication felt easier. Therapy can help you better understand yourself in your relationships, strengthen your voice, express your needs more openly, and build more authentic, meaningful connections.
-
Life doesn't always go the way we expected, and change can leave us questioning who we are, where we fit in, and where we're headed. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, discover what matters most to you, and find steadiness through life's changing seasons—learning that it's possible to accept where you are while moving toward the life you want.
-
Our past experiences can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Whether you've experienced a single traumatic event or have been carrying the effects of difficult experiences over time, therapy can provide a safe space to process what you've been through, reconnect with yourself and your strengths, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Meet Daniela
Hi, I'm Daniela! Though many people in my life call me Dani. You're welcome to call me whichever feels most natural to you.
I believe some of the most meaningful parts of therapy happen when you begin to feel truly understood. I want to create a space where we can talk about the hard things, make sense of what you've been carrying, and build skills to help you move through life differently, and also make a space where there's room for laughter, curiosity, and those moments when you leave feeling just a little lighter.
My hope is that through our work together, you can reconnect with yourself, feel more comfortable moving through life's challenges, and make more room for joy, meaning, and purpose. You don't have to become someone else to get there.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
My Approach
Getting to know the whole you
Therapy isn't just about the things that bring you through the door. I want to get to know the whole you—the experiences, relationships, environments, and moments that have shaped who you are today. While I'll always see you as an individual with your own strengths, values, and experiences, understanding the world you've grown up in can help us make sense of where you are now.
Once we begin to understand some of those layers, we'll turn toward what you want from therapy. What's bringing you here? What would you like to be different? What does moving forward look like for you? From there, we'll work together toward those goals at a pace that feels meaningful and manageable.
There isn't one right way to do therapy. We'll figure out what works for you together.
My work is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective. I draw from approaches including:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions
My approach is tailored to you, your experiences, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy.
Approaches I draw from
You don’t have to have it all figured out
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a lot. You don't need to know exactly what you need or have the right words. We can start with a conversation, get to know each other, and see if we're a good fit.
