I offer individual therapy for teens, adolescents, and young adults, and adults with sessions available both in person and through telehealth. We can work together on concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, grief and loss, identity, and life transitions.

I work with teens, adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, family or relationship challenges, grief and loss, identity, or life transitions. You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for getting to know the person behind the challenges they're facing. Therapy can involve meaningful and sometimes difficult work, but I also believe there should be room for laughter, curiosity, and moments when you leave feeling a little lighter.

The first step is scheduling a consultation. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're looking for, and whether working together might be a good fit.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you'd like support with. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come in. We can start wherever you are.

For teen and adolescent clients, parent or caregiver involvement may be included when it makes therapeutic sense. We'll discuss what involvement looks like based on the client's needs and the goals of therapy.

The consultation is a chance for both of us to get a feel for whether my approach and your needs align. There's no pressure to commit, and finding the right therapist for you is important.

Individual therapy sessions are $175 for 50 minutes, with payment due at the time of service. I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots when available and can provide superbills for clients who have out-of-network mental health benefits.

Yes. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and you're welcome to use whichever language feels most comfortable for you.
